You have an extreme need for speed, even when you're not in a hurry. And while your flying by, you don't want to look like every other car on the road!
My friends call me "HOOD" a guy thing I guess left over from old football days gone by. Anyway, the years have passed by and some of them not so kind. All my own fault by the way. Ive never really been in shape my whole life. I worked out in highschool, college but never really was truely FIT. Well 40 approached and I got a real good look at myself and it scared me. Typical mid life crisis except I decided not to get the girlfriend and little red sports car but get my butt in shape. Nothing temporary but a real life change. Seems like a cliche but I was determined to do it.
Well comming up in November 2010 it will be two years since I started and Ive done what I planned to do. Take my 40 year old out of shape butt and get in shape. I started P90x right at two months ago and that is where this blog is starting. Ill catch everybody up on my starting stats and progress with some pictures but here is where Ill post from now on just for self modivation. Let the pain continue...
